Guest Policy and Exemptions for 2012 Golf Season
For this upcoming golf season the Guest Policy shall remain the same as in 2011 which was; 1 Round per month. Now we come the the term "exemptions" and what it means or how it is going to be applied in regards to ALL CCNB Club Tournaments and Events.
Tournament exemption will mean the following. For example, if you are bringing a guest to the July 4th event their one Guest round per month is the first round of the tournament. The remaining two rounds of the tournament are "exempt" from the clubs guest policy. No other rounds will be allowed for the remainder of the month.
The following tournaments have "exemptions" attached to them:
*These events are "exempt" which again means that particular tournament round DOES NOT apply against the guest policy for that month at CCNB.
Thank You for your time and complete understanding in this matter.
